Michele Battles is one of NeuroHealth of Connecticut’s Office Administrators and one of the friendly people you speak to over the phone when you contact us for assistance.
Education and Work Experience
Michele’s interest in assisting others within a healthcare setting began as a young child, when she volunteered at skilled nursing facilities. She later completed formal clinical training/education and gained valuable experience as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), as well as a Phlebotomist.
Prior to joining NeuroHealth of Connecticut, Michele worked across various settings for over 25 years, including in an OBGYN office. She is well versed in medical insurance/administrative procedures, and is always happy to answer any questions you may have about the assessment process. Michele’s goal is to help patients obtain the services they need in a seamless and timely manner. At NeuroHealth of Connecticut, we understand how busy life can be and we’re always happy to accommodate to the best of our ability.
At a personal level, Michele is a lover of all animals and nature. She also enjoys classic cars, as well as a wide variety of culinary pursuits.
